“Estate Planning and Elder Care Planning Essentials Workshop”

Being able to preview your trust and estate planning attorney, and law of trust and estates, before moving forward is critical to you and your family.  You wouldn’t review consumer reports before buying a car, right? During this workshop you will review all options available to you to plan their estates, and preserve and protect your assets.

Estate and elder care planning is not a fill-in-the-blank exercise.  You must learn about your options first.   When you are educated about your options, you will then be able to make smart financial, legal, and care decisions about how to set up your plans and who you hire to implement your plan.   This non-obligation educational workshop allows you to experience interactive Q&A with the attorney who would plan your estate.

Who Should Attend this Estate Planning Workshop:

Current Caregivers for a Family Member:  Every man and woman who is taking care of an elderly family member or sees a need to care for someone very soon.  Whether the loved on is currently in their home, thinking about moving into a senior community, or currently living in a senior community, you will find this event helpful for your current needs to protect assets and manage finances.  You are encouraged to seek personalized counsel immediately if your loved one is currently at a hospital or rehab facility, but you should attend this event to supplement your personalized advice.

Healthy Men and Women 45 years or older:  If you have children under 18, you should have attended this event yesterday (I have a special video for you if you have young children).

If you do not have a will, power of attorney, or you are thinking about a trust, then this event will answer common questions about these critical planning documents.  If you want to protect your assets from nursing home spend down and you cannot afford to private pay or buy long term care insurance, then you should attend.

This workshop is limited to the first 12 people in Northeast Florida.  Attendance must be capped at 12 so that the workshop can be completed in 2 hours with ample time for general questions and participation.
